Regal Boats 28 Express
A compact stern-drive cruiser built for couples or families who want a genuine overnight without stepping up to a 30-footer, the 28 Express fits a queen berth, a standing-headroom head, and a galley into a sub-29-foot hull. It's Regal's longest-running express in the current lineup, and the cabin space it squeezes in at this length is the thing that keeps it there.
