5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use RideOpen to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• List stolen vehicles or vehicles you do not have the legal right to sell
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Circumvent or manipulate our platform's systems or processes
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content on RideOpen, including logos, design, text, and software, is the property of RideOpen or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

RideOpen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to vehicle condition disputes, transaction losses, or data breaches. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RideOpen in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of RideOpen after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
